Phase Zero: Spa Blue - Proof of Concept - (June 2026)

Overnight, we restructured the business (“Spa-Tastic Blue Nails") to Spa Blue, a Botanical Spa Studio. 

Rather than offering a broad menu, we've chosen to specialize in three signature services— Spa Pedicure, Honey Pedicure, and Volcano Pedicure. 

Since the Proof of Concept was successful, we've decided not to renew our long-term yearly lease at (North Mountain AZ) on (September 2026) and will proceed to the next phase— Trial Run.

Phase One: Spa Blue - Trial Run - (November 2026)

We've found a Salon Booth at (Arrowhead Fountains AZ) that offers a short-term weekly lease for the Trial Run. The Salon Booth will be staffed by— a Spa Blue Ambassador. The exact address and date of the Trial Run will be confirmed once we’ve finalized negotiations and signed the lease. 

Phase Two: Spa Blue - Soft Opening - (January 2027) 

Meanwhile, we'll be preparing for the Salon Suite at (Arrowhead Fountains AZ) that offers a mid-term monthly lease for the Soft Opening. The Salon Suite will be staffed by— a Spa Blue Ambassador and a Spa Blue Associate. The exact address and date of the Soft Opening will be confirmed once we’ve finalized negotiations and signed the lease. 

Phase Three: Spa Blue - Grand Opening - (June 2027) 

Lastly, we'll be looking for the Franchise Studios at (Arrowhead Fountains AZ) and (Bell Neighborhood AZ) that offers a long-term yearly lease for the Grand Opening. The Franchise Locations will be staffed by— a Spa Blue Ambassador, a Spa Blue Associate, and a Spa Blue Apprentice. The exact address and date of the Grand Opening will be confirmed once we’ve finalized negotiations and signed the lease.

Phase Zero: Nails Tonight - Development of Concept - (September 2026)

We’re developing a new nail studio concept designed to solve two market demands. First, there is a strong demand for after-work nail services— most nail salons close at 7PM, while our nail studio will open until 9PM. 

Second, rather than offering a broad menu, we've chosen to specialize in three signature services— Gel Nails, Gel-X Nails, and Apres Nails. 

Thus, we’ve developed Nails Tonight, a Night Nail Studio and will proceed to the next phase— Trial Run.
