Phase Trial: Spa Blue - Proof of Concept - (June 2026)

Overnight, we restructured the business (“Spa-Tastic Blue Nails") to Spa Blue, a Botanical Spa Studio franchise company. Rather than offering a broad menu, we've chosen to specialize in three signature services— Spa Pedicure, Honey Pedicure, and Volcano Pedicure. We’ve also transitioned from a Salon Commercial Lease business model to a Salon Suite Sublease business model. 

Phase Zero: Spa Blue - Leap of Faith - (September 2026)

Since Proof of Concept was successful, we've decided not to renew our long-term lease at (North Mountain AZ) and will proceed to the next phase– Grand Opening. 

Phase One: Spa Blue - Grand Opening - (January 2027) 

We’re excited to announce our partnership with Salon Boutique, a Salon Suite Management company. The Grand Opening of our first franchise location will be on Monday, January 4th 2027– at one of Salon Boutique’s 9 Arizona locations– in Surprise, Arrowhead, Glendale, Kierland, Scottsdale, Arcadia, Tempe, Mesa, or Gilbert. Each Franchise Location will be staffed by— a Spa Blue Ambassador, a Spa Blue Associate, and a Spa Blue Apprentice.
